These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Zintho.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Zintho Services.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Zintho Services only for lawful purposes and in a respectful, professional manner. You must not:

  • Engage in fraud, deception or misrepresentation.
  • Spam, solicit or send unsolicited messages.
  • Use bots, automation or scripts to interact with Zintho.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten or harm others.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or mislead others.
  • Violate privacy or collect personal information without consent.
  • Post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or hateful content.
  • Scrape, crawl or extract data without our permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of Zintho.

We reserve the right to remove content and take action against any use that violates these Terms.

Interests, requests and discussions

You can express interests, post projects or ideas, and send or receive collaboration requests. You are responsible for the accuracy of your posts and for following up respectfully.

To keep collaboration meaningful, you may have a limited number of active unresolved requests and active discussions at any time. You may need to accept or decline requests and close inactive conversations before creating new ones.

Trials, collaboration and workspace

Collaboration trials let builders work together on a scoped purpose before committing to permanent membership. A trial begins only when the invited builder accepts, and a project owner may continue the collaboration or end the trial at any time.

Zintho provides collaboration tools, but the terms of any collaboration — ownership, compensation, equity or other arrangements — are agreed between the builders themselves. Zintho is not a party to those agreements.

Workspace discussion and notes are visible to project collaborators. Choose what you share accordingly.

User content and platform data

You retain ownership of the content you create on Zintho — profiles, ideas, projects, messages and notes. By posting, you grant Zintho a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Zintho Services.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Premium plans, billing and payments

Zintho Plus is a prepaid plan sold as a single payment for one month (₹199) or one year (₹1,499) of access. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged without a new purchase; when the period ends, the account returns to Free.

Payments are processed by Razorpay; Zintho never stores your card, bank or UPI details. Refunds and billing disputes are handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

Platform rules and collaboration safeguards

Zintho applies collaboration-capacity safeguards — such as limits on unresolved requests and active discussions — equally to all builders, including paid subscribers. These safeguards protect attention and are part of the product, not a paid feature.

We may adjust safeguard values over time to keep collaboration healthy.

Suspension, restriction and termination

We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, with severity proportionate to the violation.

You may stop using Zintho and request account deletion at any time. Some records may be retained where legally required, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Zintho platform — including its name, logo, design and software — is owned by Zintho and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to Zintho's brand or software beyond using the Services.

Feedback and suggestions

We welcome feedback. By sharing suggestions you agree we may use them to improve Zintho without obligation or compensation.

Disclaimers

Zintho Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not vet or guarantee builders, projects, ideas or the outcomes of any collaboration, and we make no warranties, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zintho is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for disputes between builders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Zintho in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zintho against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Zintho evolves. For material changes we will notify you — by email or in-app — before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
